The company responsible for organising the promotion is:
GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B91252593 and registered office at Calle Acueducto 12-14, Polígono Industrial Carretera de la Isla, 41703 Dos Hermanas, Seville (Spain), is organising a prize draw entitled “WeLöffesPattio” in connection with its participation in ORGATEC 2026, a leading international trade fair for the furniture and design industry, to be held in Cologne, Germany.
The prize draw will take place throughout the duration of ORGATEC 2026 at the esPattio and Löffler ERGO stand, brands belonging to Grupo Forma 5, located at the Koelnmesse exhibition centre in Cologne, Germany.
This promotion will be held exclusively during ORGATEC 2026 and is open to individuals aged 18 or over who visit the esPattio stand and take part in the activity, provided that they meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules.
CLAUSE 1 – PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONSEQUIREMENTS
The prize draw will begin on 27 October 2026 and will remain open until 30 October 2026, coinciding with the duration of ORGATEC 2026. All individuals aged 18 or over who visit the esPattio stand in Cologne, Germany, during the promotion period and meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules may participate.
How to enter:
- Take a photograph in your favourite spot at the esPattio stand during ORGATEC 2026.
- Share the photograph on Instagram Stories, mentioning the accounts @weareespattio and @loeffler_furniture.
- Include the hashtag #WeLöffesPattio in the post.
- Register your visit to the esPattio stand by providing the information required to contact the winner. Any member of the esPattio team will be available to assist participants with this registration.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided when registering their visit. If the winner fails to respond within the period established in these Official Rules, the alternate winners will be contacted in accordance with the procedure set out herein.
Important: Participants must ensure that the Instagram account used to enter the prize draw remains public throughout the promotion period so that compliance with the participation requirements can be verified.
CLAUSE 2 – AWARD
The prize draw will have three (3) winners, with one prize awarded to each winner from among the following products displayed at the Grupo Forma 5 stand during ORGATEC 2026:
- One (1) Platero pouf.
- One (1) Ergo stool with rocking base.
- One (1) Fungo stool.
The prizes will consist of the same exhibition units displayed at the stand during the event and not new products.
One winner will be selected for each prize. If any winner fails to respond to the prize notification within a maximum period of 72 hours, the corresponding first alternate winner will be contacted. If the first alternate winner also fails to respond within the specified period, the following alternate winners will be contacted successively, up to a maximum of three (3) alternate winners per prize.
CLAUSE 3 – PRIZE DRAW AND AWARDING OF PRIZES
The prize draw will take place once ORGATEC 2026 has ended. Three (3) winners will be selected, with one winner for each of the following prizes: “Platero”, “Ergo” and “Fungo”.
The winners will be contacted using the details provided when registering their visit to the esPattio & Löffler ERGO stand.
Once the notification has been sent, each winner will have 72 hours to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within this period, the corresponding first alternate winner will be contacted following the same procedure, up to a maximum of three (3) alternate winners per prize.
The prizes will be delivered within a maximum period of 90 days from confirmation of each winner. The delivery terms and shipping costs applicable to the prizes will be communicated to the winners when they accept the prize.
CLAUSE 4 – LIMITATIONS
The following persons are not eligible to participate in this promotion:
- Employees of GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U., as well as employees of companies directly or indirectly affiliated with the organisation of the prize draw.
- Persons directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or management of this promotion.
Entries will also be disqualified if they:
- Contain inappropriate, offensive or disrespectful language.
- Include content that promotes violence, discrimination or any other content that GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. considers inappropriate or contrary to the brand’s values.
- Fail to comply with any of the requirements set out in these Official Rules.
CLAUSE 5 – DISCLAIMER
GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. shall not be liable for any loss, delay or other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of the promotion, including any issues relating to Instagram, communications with participants, or the transport and delivery of prizes.
Likewise, GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. shall not be liable for any use made of the prizes by the winners once the prizes have been delivered.
CLAUSE 6 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Data Controller: GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U.
Purpose of Processing: To manage participation in the prize draw, select and notify the winners, and manage the delivery of the prizes.
Legal Basis: Voluntary participation in the promotion and the participant’s consent where required.
Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and any other rights recognised under applicable legislation by sending a request to rgpd@forma5.com.
CLAUSE 7 – CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, suspend or extend these Official Rules where there is a justified reason, provided that such modifications do not adversely affect rights already acquired by participants.
Any amendment will be communicated through the means that GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. considers appropriate.
CLAUSE 8 – WARRANTY
The products offered as prizes in this promotion are exhibition units that have been used and displayed at the esPattio stand during ORGATEC 2026. Accordingly, the prizes delivered to the winners will be the same units that were displayed throughout the event and will not be new products or products manufactured specifically for the prize draw.
Due to their status as exhibition products, the prizes will not be covered by the standard commercial warranty terms applicable to products sold by esPattio or Löffler ERGO in accordance with their price lists and general terms and conditions of sale.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s acknowledgement and acceptance of this condition. The winner must also take into account the condition and inherent characteristics of an exhibition unit when accepting the prize.
CLAUSE 9 – DELIVERY
GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. will cover the delivery costs of the prize provided that the delivery address indicated by the winner is located within the European Union.
If the delivery address is located outside the European Union, the winner shall be responsible for all costs associated with the delivery of the prize, including, where applicable, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges and any other costs arising from the delivery to the destination country.
The delivery address must be provided by the winner at the time of accepting the prize. GRUPO FORMA 5 S.L.U. reserves the right to request any additional information required to arrange delivery.
Any applicable delivery conditions and, where relevant, the costs to be borne by the winner will be communicated and agreed with the winner prior to dispatch of the prize.
CLAUSE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Seville.
