esPattio debuts at 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen

From June 18 to 20, our brand brought a little piece of the South to this prestigious design event, held at the famous Odd Fellow Palace in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen was filled with design and the soul of the South from June 18-20 during 3daysofdesign 2025, where esPattio participated for the first time as an exhibitor. In a vibrant and carefully curated environment at the historic Odd Fellow Palace, the brand presented a selection of iconic pieces and new proposals that connected Mediterranean design with Nordic aesthetics.

True to its design identity with the Light, Color and Warmth of the South, esPattio shared with the international audience its vision of an emotional and conscious design that puts people at the center. Through welcoming materials, enveloping forms and a chromatic palette inspired by the Mediterranean, the brand proposed a new way of inhabiting spaces: more human, more open, more connected. Their participation was an invitation to transform work and hospitality environments into places of encounter, well-being and everyday beauty.

Do you want to know how was this experience in Copenhagen? We tell you about it below.

A Mediterranean look at the epicenter of Scandinavian design

Every June, 3daysofdesign turns Copenhagen into the European epicenter of contemporary design. This year, esPattio made its debut at the iconic Odd Fellow Palace, a historic setting in the Danish capital. The brand, true to its vision of revitalizing work, hospitality and contract spaces, displayed its range of soft seating with pieces such as Amivera armchairs, the iconic Platero pouf, Marina chairs or Baelo tables, among many other designs and future launches of the brand.

The stand reinforced the narrative of a human and sensitive design, inspired by the pure light of Southern Spain, the vibrant tones of its culture and the welcoming warmth that distinguishes the brand. The organic forms, the Mediterranean color palette and the handcrafted finishes dialogued with the visitor and reflected esPattio’s commitment to create more human, comfortable and inclusive spaces, not mere functional scenarios. In addition, it was possible to experience how their proposal, born to make workspaces feel like shared living areas, connects emotionally with users who seek warmer and more collaborative environments.

Dialogue between cultures: design from the South with a global vision

Participation in 3daysofdesign marked a milestone for esPattio: its first exhibition in the Danish market and a firm step towards its consolidation in the European design scene. Exhibiting at an event of this magnitude was much more than just exhibiting product; it was a strategic opportunity to showcase the brand’s identity in a new, demanding cultural context that is recognized for its sensitivity to functional, honest and emotional design.

During the three-day event, esPattio established connections with Scandinavian architects, interior designers, distributors and specifiers, who showed great interest in a different proposal. In an environment where sober and restrained aesthetics prevail, esPattio’s Mediterranean approach, focused on sensory comfort, chromatic vitality and material closeness, offered an inspiring contrast that opened up new possibilities for collaboration.

In addition to expanding its commercial network and giving visibility to its soft seating catalog in a prestigious setting, this first foray into Denmark confirmed that the brand’s vision of emotional and human design finds resonance in northern Europe. A solid letter of introduction that reinforces its position as a Mediterranean brand with international projection.

A look into the future

esPattio’s participation in 3daysofdesign 2025 has been a success that opens new doors in Europe. This first contact with the Danish market reaffirms the strength of its Mediterranean proposal and its ability to excite different audiences.

Consolidating its presence in Copenhagen is just the beginning. The brand remains committed to designing spaces that foster wellness and human connection, from a fresh and authentic approach.

The future is promising. esPattio continues its international expansion with the confidence to bring light, color and warmth to each new project.

esPattio is presented in the U.S. during the Fulton Market Design Days in Chicago.

From June 9 to 11, esPattio presented its vision of Mediterranean design in a pop-up booth together with Brentano, its main partner, during the Fulton Market Design Days in Chicago.

From June 9 to 11, esPattio experienced a decisive moment in its international trajectory by participating in the Fulton Market Design Days, one of the most influential meetings in the world of design and interior design in the United States. This edition marked the official presentation of the brand in the American market, with a space carefully conceived in collaboration with Brentano, prestigious textile firm and main partner of this action.

Inspired by the Light, Color and Warmth of Southern Spain, the esPattio pop-up stand found its place on the terrace of the Spanish restaurant La Boqueria, in the heart of Chicago. A vibrant and soulful environment that served as the perfect setting to share our vision of contemporary lounge furniture design.

Do you want to discover how our landing in the USA was? In this brief reading we tell you all about esPattio’s experience in Chicago.

What is Fulton Market Design Days?

Fulton Market Design Days is one of the most anticipated design events on the global calendar. Held in Chicago’s vibrant design district, this annual gathering brings together trend-setting furniture, textiles and accessories firms from the contract, hospitality and residential sectors.

In this edition, esPattio had the privilege of making its debut in a very special setting: a pop-up booth on the terrace of the Spanish restaurant La Boqueria, carefully designed to evoke the festive and welcoming atmosphere of southern Spain. The structure, inspired by the traditional “casetas” of Seville’s April Fair, housed both indoor furniture and an outdoor area dedicated to our outdoor collections.

The space gained even more strength thanks to the collaboration with Brentano, a renowned U.S. textile manufacturer, which acted as the main partner of the event. Their fabrics, selected with precision and elegance, accompanied the esPattio pieces, providing a dialogue between Mediterranean tradition and contemporary sophistication. Brentano also took the opportunity to present an exclusive selection of its new textile launches.

In an environment full of design, energy and Spanish flavor, esPattio was part of an event that focuses on new proposals in the sector and gives visibility to international brands with their own identity. A debut that marks the beginning of an exciting story in the North American market, where we hope to continue sharing our essence: Light, Color and Warmth.

Design from the South, global success

At our pop-up stand during the Fulton Market Design Days, we presented a careful selection of our catalog, reflecting the essence and diversity that defines esPattio. From iconic designs such as the Marina armchairs, the Amivera sofa, the Bow armchairs or the Abril chair, to pieces that stand out for their functionality and style such as the Pausa sofas or the Bistró tables. We also showed our most recent launches, such as the Platero pouf and the Baelo meeting tables, reaffirming our versatile proposal for relaxation spaces, hospitality and modern offices.

The event was a resounding success, both in terms of attendance and impact, arousing great interest among professionals from the U.S. and Latin American markets, which were particularly well represented in Chicago during those days. Our commercial delegation, with the presence of area managers from both regions, managed to establish hundreds of new contacts and open the door to future collaborations and business opportunities.

This presentation in the United States not only validated the quality and attractiveness of our design offer with the soul of the South, but also consolidated our position as a brand with a global vision, ready to grow and make its mark in a market as dynamic and demanding as the North American one.Diseño del Sur, global success

esPattio dazzles at its debut at Salone del Mobile Milano

From 8 to 13 April, esPattio made its debut at its first edition of the prestigious Salone del Mobile in Milan, one of the most important furniture events in the world. The brand brought its essence of the South to this international stage, standing out with a spectacular stand that attracted the attention of professionals and visitors alike.

Design is emotion, it is identity, it is origin. For esPattio, it is the South. Our first participation in the Salone del Mobile in Milan was a unique opportunity to bring this essence to the heart of international design.

From 8 to 13 April, our stand was transformed into an authentic Andalusian corner, inspired by the traditional courtyards of the white villages of Cadiz. Through a careful staging, we managed to transport visitors to the South: an enveloping atmosphere that invited them to feel, touch and connect with our way of understanding furniture.

The space combined the aesthetics of our land with a representative selection of our collections, showing not only the design of the products, but also their context, their origin and their intention. Each piece spoke of our identity, our light and our way of inhabiting spaces.

What made this edition special for esPattio? We tell you in this brief chronicle of our debut at one of the most important events in the furniture sector.

Salone del Mobile Milano: A debut with a Southern soul

From 8 to 13 April, esPattio made its debut at the prestigious Salone del Mobile in Milan with a proposal that did not go unnoticed. In this first participation, the brand brought to the epicentre of international design the essence of the South, reinterpreted through a spectacular stand that evoked the architecture, light and character of the white villages of Cadiz. Inspired by a traditional Andalusian courtyard, the space was conceived to directly convey esPattio’s identity: warm, welcoming and deeply rooted in its origins.

More than a presentation of our designs, it was a sensory experience. Visitors to the stand not only discovered our collections, but were immersed in an enveloping and authentic atmosphere, where every element – from the choice of materials to the lighting and the layout of the space – spoke of the soul of the brand.

Among the pieces on display, the Baelo series of meeting tables, the Libro bookcases designed by Pearson Lloyd and the chairs from the Abril series stood out, all presented in a carefully staged setting. In addition, different lounge spaces were recreated with representative pieces from the Amivera, Pausa and Marina collections, demonstrating the versatility of the esPattio catalogue. As an exclusive preview, future launches were also presented, arousing great interest and expectation among visitors.

The experience was completed with a carefully selected gastronomic offer, based on products from the South, which accompanied the visit and reinforced the emotional connection with our land. Each encounter at the stand thus became a moment of enjoyment, closeness and discovery, in which design, culture and hospitality came together naturally.

Our debut in Milan was much more than a presence at an event: it was a declaration of intent. A way of showing the world who we are, where we come from and where we are going. An open invitation to continue exploring all that esPattio has to offer.

Salone del Mobile, an opportunity to expand our network in Europe

The Salone del Mobile Milan 2025 represented a strategic opportunity for esPattio, not only as an international showcase for our collections, but also as a key platform for establishing relationships with new partners in the Italian and European market. This first participation reinforced our global vocation and our commitment to a design that, from the South, aspires to connect with audiences around the world.

As a brand with a clear international projection, esPattio continues its mission to export the essence of the South through pieces that combine identity, functionality and character. The Salone was the ideal place to showcase this unique proposition and share with the international community the richness of our creative approach.

Throughout the event, which was well attended by professionals from the sector – designers, architects, clients, distributors, specialised press and more – visitors were able to get a close-up look at some of our firm’s most representative designs. Among them, the Amivera and Pausa sofas, the Marina armchairs, the Baelo meeting tables, and the Abril and Bika chairs attracted attention for their careful design and versatility. However, it was the Platero pouf that took centre stage, generating great interest for its innovative design, functionality and unique aesthetic presence.

In addition, the exhibition allowed us to highlight another of our great differential values: the wide variety of fabrics available in our catalogue, which brings visual, sensory and conceptual richness to each piece. This diversity not only reflects our commitment to personalisation and detail, but also to sustainability, quality and innovation as the cornerstones of our value proposition.Salone del Mobile 2025 was not a point of arrival, but the start of an ambitious journey. A key step in esPattio’s international expansion and consolidation strategy, in which we will continue to bring the light, warmth and identity of the South to new scenarios, uniting design, culture and innovation in each project.

A resounding success at Le Off event in Paris

From 25th to 27th March, esPattio and Forma 5 offered an exclusive experience for our French customers in the Paris showroom, discovering our designs, previews of launches and an evening immersed in the culture of the South.

For esPattio, every piece of furniture is an invitation to discover the South. Since our inception, we have wanted to offer our customers more than just products: a sensory experience that brings the warmth, vibrant colours and light of the South to every corner of the world. Through our events, we seek that those who visit us not only observe, but become part of our process and share the identity that inspires us.

These principles led us to organise the Le Off days in our Paris showroom. Three days in which our French-speaking partners lived an unforgettable experience discovering, exclusively, the details that make our designs truly special.

Want to know all the details that made Le Off such a success? Maybe you want to find out how you can sign up so you don’t miss the next event in our Paris showroom? And find out what our next events will be? Join us in this brief reading to find out the answers to these questions.

Le Off: Bringing the essence of the South to the soul of Paris

The Le Off days (25, 26 and 27 March) in our Paris showroom were designed as an invitation for our partners to enjoy the French market. Over the course of three exceptional evenings, we brought the South to Paris through its gastronomy, its culture and, of course, our designs. It was the ideal setting for our guests to mingle, discover esPattio’s secrets and delve into the elements that define our identity and our unmistakable colour range.

Throughout the three days, the event offered businessmen, architects, designers and interior designers the opportunity to be attended by our French sales team, always with the warmth that characterises us. During these evenings, attendees were able to take a closer look at some of esPattio’s most outstanding designs, including the unmistakable Marina family, the recently expanded Abril series of chairs and our latest launches, such as the Baelo collection of meeting tables and the innovative Platero poufs. The event reached its climax with the Andalusian night, where attendees enjoyed a selection of the best gastronomic products from the South, a flamenco dance exhibition and participated in workshops where they discovered how iconic colours such as Tinto, Azahar or Doñana are created, immersing themselves even more in the essence of our brand.

The event, considered a resounding success both for the high attendance and for its impeccable development, culminated with a special intervention by French designer Christophe Pillet, who presented his new creation, Aldea, which will soon join the esPattio family. Throughout three days full of light, colour and warmth, our showroom in the heart of Paris was filled with the energy that characterises us, fusing our identity, love of design and innovation in every corner of the space.

Le Off, a unique opportunity to live with design

Le Off was much more than an opportunity to strengthen relationships with our partners in the French-speaking market. It was a space where we were able to showcase, directly, the designs that make esPattio and Forma 5 the perfect brands to give shape to innovative projects. Each day was an opportunity to show how our collections fit perfectly with the ideas and projects of our clients.

Within the esPattio product selection, collections such as Marina, Bow Lounge, Pausa and Libro shone with their own light in our Paris showroom. Each of them displayed all the elegance of their fabrics, the unique character of our colour palette, the innovation that defines them and their firm commitment to sustainability. Our latest launches also featured prominently, with the Baelo family of tables, the Platero poufs and the expansions of the Amivera and Abril series, which took centre stage throughout the event. Forma 5 was also represented with some of its most iconic designs, including its latest launch, the Dimmer series of tables, which completed the proposal and made the difference in the space.

In an exclusive moment of the event, we presented to our customers some of the future creations that will soon see the light of day. In addition to the Aldea series, which was unveiled live by its designer, Christophe Pillet, our guests were given a sneak preview of our most eagerly awaited new products. Without a doubt, a unique experience that can only be lived by visiting our showrooms or at our stands during special events.

A showroom turned into a design meeting point

The esPattio and Forma 5 showroom at 214 Valencia Street has been transformed into an epicentre of creativity and networking.

For weeks we have welcomed clients and professionals from Spain and abroad to present the latest innovations in design furniture and create synergies in a relaxed atmosphere.

Participants not only had the opportunity to see our current catalogue, but also had exclusive access to prototypes and new products not yet launched on the market, such as the Baelo table collection, the new version of the Amivera table and the future Aldea armchair, as well as taking part in a social media competition to win a Platero!

An immersive experience: creativity, colour and craftsmanship

At Impulse Days, we did not limit ourselves to showing our designs, but invited visitors to immerse themselves in the creative and artisanal process behind each piece of designer furniture.

Through various interactive workshops, professionals from the sector were able to experience first-hand what it means to create, personalise and assemble multifunctional furniture.

Colourimetry workshop: the art of capturing the essence of colour

Colour is part of our identity. That’s why we organised a workshop where the participants became real artists, why not! They mixed acrylics under a stopwatch to achieve the tones closest to the esPattio colour palette (and it was very, very good).

The experience was not only fun, but also allowed them to understand the importance of visual harmony in furniture design and how colour influences the perception of space.

Upholstering a Bow Lounge: the precision of craftsmanship

bow lounge furniture

What does it take to upholster a Bow Lounge chair? More patience and skill than you might think!

In this workshop, participants put themselves in the shoes of the craftsmen who work every day to produce our designs.

They experienced first-hand how to tighten the fabric, how to make sure there are no wrinkles in the upholstery, how and where to place the flanges, etc.

Of course, this whole experience was led by our sales team, so they weren’t doing it completely on their own (seriously, doing it completely on your own at first is very difficult).

In this way, the people who took part were able to appreciate the craftsmanship and quality behind each piece.

Assembling a Marina chair: the design in your hands

The Marina chair is synonymous with versatility and elegance, but what’s behind its assembly?

In this workshop, we invite you to assemble one of our star chairs and understand every piece, every joint and every detail that makes this collection ideal for restaurants, hotels and coworking spaces. Here are some pictures!

A green approach: from recycled materials to small gestures that make a difference

At esPattio and Forma 5 Group, we believe that sustainability is not just about big speeches, but also about the small details that make a real difference. During the Impulse Days, not only did we show our progress in sustainable design, but we also made sure that everyone who attended took a little piece of this philosophy home with them.

Recycled materials that bring our creations to life

We have long been committed to fabrics and materials with a positive impact, and at this event we presented new sustainable finishes that are already part of our catalogue:

  • Just & Renewed Loop, the new fabrics from our supplier Gabriel, made from recycled materials and designed to reduce environmental impact without sacrificing design or quality.
  • Recycled plastic in the Amivera table, one of the great novelties of the event, whose top is made of plastic waste and fishing nets recycled by Gravity Wave, transforming marine pollution into designer furniture.
  • Recycled plastic sheets in the Libro bookcase, created in collaboration with PLASTICPeople, which transforms waste into stylish and functional pieces.

Gifts with a story: when sustainability becomes a unique detail

But we didn’t want sustainability to be just about the products on display… we wanted everyone to experience it first hand! That’s why every attendee received gifts made from recycled materials, demonstrating that even small gestures can make a difference:

  • Recycled fabric pencil cases and bags, made from leftovers from our production and given new life as a practical accessory with a story.
  • Leather key rings from Ubrique, handmade in artisan leather workshops such as Villagrán Leather from the same leather scraps we use in products such as Brisa or Platero. And best of all, everyone had to make their own!

Responsible manufacturing and commitment to local suppliers

Beyond recycling, we believe in the importance of supporting local manufacturing. Instead of relying on off-site production with high transport impacts, we work with nearby workshops and manufacturers that allow us to:

  • Reduce our carbon footprint by minimising the movement of materials.
  • Promote the circular economy by reusing fabrics and materials that would otherwise be discarded.
  • Support local craftsmanship by working with small, specialist workshops that add unique value to each piece.

During the Impulse Days conference, we didn’t just talk about sustainability, we made it tangible. As well as learning about our materials and processes, attendees were able to participate in the creation of products made from recycled materials, such as the key rings, and understand first-hand the importance of each decision in furniture design.

📢 Read more about our commitment to sustainability and responsible design in our Green Pledge.

Impulse Days Conference: the start of a tradition

The success of this event motivates us to continue creating unique experiences for the office furniture and soft seating sector.

The great reception and interest generated confirm that Impulse Days is here to stay, consolidating itself as an annual benchmark in the world of design and architecture.

esPattio participates in ICEX’s “Spanish Touch” event in Warsaw

The brand’s products were present alongside those of other Spanish manufacturers at this event organised by ICEX.

On the 19th of June esPattio and Forma 5 took part in the “Spanish Touch” event. This event, organised by ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones as part of its “Interiors From Spain” programme, was held at the prestigious Barceló Powile hotel in Warsaw.

Entitled “Spanish Touch: Exploring Spanish design in Warsaw”, this exhibition-technical design day was organised in collaboration with the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office and took place in the different halls of the hotel, where the Polish public was able to contemplate our designs.

Do you want to know how our participation in the event was developed? In this brief reading we tell you everything you need to know about esPattio in “Spanish Touch”.

What is “Spanish Touch”?

‘Spanish Touch’ is the latest ICEX event held in the Polish capital. This public entity has an events division, called “Interiors From Spain”, which was in charge of organising and carrying out the event.

At the event, our products were located in the prestigious Barceló Powile hotel in Warsaw and, together with those of other Spanish companies, were on display so that the public of Polish professionals could enjoy our latest designs and delight in the light, colour and warmth of the South.

In a day full of inspiration, design and style, esPattio was able to take part in an event that aims to show the Polish market the designs of Spanish brands and make them more recognised in the country. It is not the first time that we have participated in an event of this style, as we were recently present at a similar one held in Dubai.

Our expansion in Warsaw

esPattio’s strategy has always been to expand internationally, as shown, for example, by its collaboration with Cosentino in its City of Chicago during NeoCon 2024.

esPattio is not a brand that is reduced to the national market, but seeks to export the designs, colours and the way of living and enjoying the South to the whole world, wanting its products to reach the most remote areas of the globe. This vision is what has led us to participate in events such as the Clerkenwell Design Week or to carry out a coworking in Munich. Our presence at “Spanish Touch” with ICEX is just another step in our quest for international expansion, this time in Poland.

Below, we show you a gallery of images from the event:
