esPattio returns to Orgatec

The light, colour and warmth of the South return to Europe’s leading furniture fair in a very special edition—the first joint appearance with Löffler ERGO.

This October, esPattio crosses borders once again to take part in one of the world’s leading international showcases for design and workplace environments. From 27 to 30 October, our brand will be at Orgatec 2026 in Cologne, sharing a vision of design that approaches work, rest and collaboration spaces from a more human, welcoming and thoughtful perspective.

It will be an opportunity to discover the esPattio universe from an iconic setting. A stand where light, colour, materials and forms come together to create environments that invite you to stay. A proposal that reflects our identity, while also expressing our vision for the future and everything that lies ahead.

What is ORGATEC?

ORGATEC is one of the world’s leading international events dedicated to the design and transformation of workspaces. Held every two years in Cologne, each edition brings together professionals, brands and experts from around the world to share new ideas, trends and solutions around the way we work, collaborate and experience professional spaces.

For esPattio, taking part in this event means much more than simply exhibiting at an international trade fair. It is an opportunity to bring our approach to design to a global stage, connect with new audiences and industry professionals, and be part of a conversation focused on the evolution of workspaces. An opportunity to share our identity, while continuing to learn, connect and look towards the future.

Two ideas, one shared dialogue

This edition of Orgatec will also be a very special one for the entire esPattio family, as we will be sharing our stand with the newest addition to our business group: Löffler ERGO.

Founded in 1992, Löffler ERGO has built its reputation around ergonomics, innovation and the manufacture of high-quality seating. Its renowned ERGO TOP technology, developed in collaboration with the Ergonomics Department at the Technical University of Munich, is one of the brand’s defining features, approaching every seat from an active and dynamic perspective.

Since November 2025, Löffler ERGO has been part of the Grupo Forma 5 family, which also includes esPattio. This new addition brings together two businesses with a strong industrial identity: Löffler ERGO’s Made in Germany tradition and expertise and Grupo Forma 5’s manufacturing experience in southern Spain.

Although now part of an international group, Löffler ERGO remains firmly rooted in its origins: its identity, team and production remain in Hersbruck, a small Bavarian town where the brand develops and manufactures its solutions, preserving the value of German manufacturing associated with precision, quality and specialist expertise.

In this new context, esPattio and Löffler ERGO find a particularly interesting point of connection. While Löffler ERGO brings its expertise in ergonomics, task seating and dynamic sitting, esPattio complements this vision with soft seating solutions designed for collaboration, interaction and more informal spaces.

Together, these two approaches open up new ways of thinking about the workplace, where ergonomics, comfort, functionality and design come together to respond to the different ways we work, meet, focus and connect.

A Southern Patio in Cologne

The stand, designed by Jorge Herrera Studio, draws its inspiration from a very specific source: the white villages of Andalusia. A small corner of the South where colour, warmth and decorative elements take centre stage, creating an atmosphere that invites visitors to pause, explore and enjoy.

The bougainvillea, so characteristic of the Andalusian landscape, connects the space with nature; handcrafted clay pieces bring a sense of authenticity; and the large whitewashed walls evoke the simple, light-filled architecture of the white villages.

The space is designed to express esPattio’s identity while also giving Löffler ERGO a central role, bringing the brand into this unique journey between cultures. The connection between the two brands is also represented through a Triana-inspired ceramic altarpiece, where Seville and Nuremberg—two places with deeply rooted identities—come together.

The result is a space designed to leave a lasting impression: a celebration of our origins and of everything we want to bring to the world through esPattio—light, colour, warmth and a different way of understanding spaces.
